These guys are very friendly and honest. I've stopped by here twice related to a couple iphone issues I wanted resolved (one time related to my mom's cracked iphone screen needing to be replaced and another time related to my charging port not fully functioning. Both times they fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be heading back if/when my laptop or phone need repair.

Fantastic work, knowledgeable and trustworthy techs. I do most of my own work when something goes wrong with my computer but I had issues with an overheating GPU and was wary of opening it up and repasting myself. These guys clearly knew what they were doing, were able to talk to me about different options for thermals and brought the thing back to life in no time and it's running perfectly. 10/10 highly recommend

I am embarrassed to say that I have gone here twice after spilling water on my laptop. These guys are fast and honest. I do not trust anybody else with my electronics. Great customer service.

My friend was in the hospital when her IPHONE quit charging. I found this place and could not be more pleased. He replaced the battery fast and had me on my way. Great communication and great service at a great price. Give this place your business!!!!

Very knowleadgeable staff these guys know their stuff about all kinds of Pc's and phones whether it's gaming or an Apple / Android they can replace broken screens with any quality of glass as you choose or build from the ground up a pc for any budget and offer the best prices not only in Castro Valley but in the entire county. Highly competent place i've been their regular customer for around 5 years and their service is always on point A+
